2026 Fall Citizen's Police Academy

The Jacksonville Police Department (JPD) Citizens Police Academy (CPA) is an exciting, hands-on program designed to educate and engage members of our community in law enforcement operations. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will gain an inside look at JPD’s daily operations, specialized units, and the challenges officers face in modern policing.

This free program provides a unique opportunity to interact with law enforcement professionals, participate in real-world scenarios, and develop a better understanding of how we work to keep Jacksonville safe.
