The Market Pavilion Rental

Fee:

Non-Profit Events - family and class reunions, weddings, fundraisers for (501) C-3 organizations.
 $150 FOR ALL DAY RENTAL

For-Profit Events - events which charge an admission, and the organization is not a Non-Profit.
$300 FOR ALL DAY RENTAL

• Pavilion hours 7:00am-10:00pm unless authorized to extend hours by the Jacksonville Parks Dept. and the Jacksonville Police Dept.
• Fees include electricity, water and the use of the parking lot by pavilion.
• User must provide their own set up for events such as tables, chairs and sound equipment.
• Restroom facilities are available only when Community Center is open.

Rental payment must be paid in full one week in advance of the reserved date.
